Step 2: IDENTIFY PROBLEM AND PROBLEM ANALYSIS
1. Identify Problems: What main situation or issues problems behind the topic? (Aniq)
- Collect all relevant information from reliable sources (Eg; journals or newspapers)
What: What is the problem/ issue
Why: Why or reason for the issue (root cause)
How: How the problem happened
2. Problem Analysis (Anis):
Analyze the situation or issues from a different perspective to identify the main problem
- Analyze and discuss the information for every cause that has been identified
- Make a conclusion or summarize the information
- List down all references in your Blog
Step 3: SEARCH FOR INFORMATION FOR SOLUTIONS
1. Relevance Information and references (⏯️Groupwork)
⏯️Each group member needs to collect different information from various source types
(eg; journals, newspaper articles, videos, statistics) to identify the solutions to the selected issue.
⏯️5 solutions from group members, List down all the information by group member
- List out various problem-solving ideas based on the (Literature Review)
⏯️Information presentation by each member and group discussion on how to use that information for purpose solution
2. Synthesis and evaluation (Syasya)
- Synthesis and evaluate all information by making comparisons and rearranging the possible solution to generate ideas for solutions
- Use SWOT analysis technique or T-Chart for each solution's short-term and long-term impact for each solution.
Step 4: STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES OF THE IDEA SOLUTIONS AND CREATE NEW IDEA
1. Problem-solving process
- So, combine or rearrange all the data, strengths, and weaknesses if idea of solution idea. (Amalin)
- Explain how the information will combine to help to solve the problem of strength and weakness.
- Explain how you use the information to support the purpose solution
2. Create New Idea (Harith)
- Based on all information from the reading exercise and expert interview generate new ideas of solutions and choose the best solution.
Step 5: DECISION MAKING: IDENTIFY POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS AND INTERVIEW WITH EXPERTS
1. Effective Leadership
- Help on create questions for the interview and check the line for a better connection.
- Set up the interview based on live video chat via online application (eg Whatapps, Telegram, Zoom, Teams, and Gmeet)
2. Teamwork and good relationship
- Share the goals of the team and work toward them.
- Know what you are responsible for accomplishing
- Support and respect one another
